Whether you require die-cutting, creasing, kiss-cutting, perforating or 

embossing our range of automatic equipment with in-line stripping is sure to handle your converting requirements.

Materials include: 80gsm paper to 3mm solid board, single and double-wall corrugated plus corri-board.

Size: minimum SRA4 to maximum 840 x 1150mm

Mounting / Litho laminating

Our fully automatic Tunkers litho laminator can mount printed sheets one or two sides to a wide range of board materials with the option of mounting board to board.

Typical finished products include cartons, wine boxes, charity boxes, presentation boxes, display boxes, POS show cards and Twist and lock leaflet dispensers.

Top sheet: 200gsm art to 400gsm

Bottom sheet: 600micron to 10mm solid board, single-face micro flute to double-wall corrugated. 

Sheet size: SRA3 to 1000 x 1200mm

Film Lamination:

Lamination film can be applied to a range of paper and board materials to provide both a decorative appeal and protective qualities and is ideal for eliminating cracking when folding. 

Film can be applied to litho and digital printed papers and boards in a matt or gloss finish

Materials: 200gsm paper to 600 micron board
